THE STORY CONTINUES
We are pleased to announce that Abak Software was purchased in 2008 by Mr. Guy Boisvert, a longtime shareholder who has helped develop the time, billing and management software since 1997. AGI Group was founded in 1996 by Mr. Boisvert and others, and offered various management applications.  The company and the Abak Technology were purchased by ADP in 2005. ADP changed the product’s name to Professional@work, in order to fit the product in with the class of similar technologies that were already on the market. When Mr. Boisvert repurchased the company, he decided to use the product’s original name.

THE PROPER MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
Abak is a modular application that enables companies to plan the use of resources (human and financial), to lead projects, to manage timesheets and expense accounts, to generate key reports in real time (work in progress , budget control, revenues and expenses, employee scheduling, employee revenue, changes in work, custom work), to prepare a budget, to manage the banks of time, to bill in an intelligent and straightforward fashion (automatic billing, invoicing batch, custom invoice, billing for freelancers), which integrates to major accounting systems.

Since 1997, the company has invested countless hours in research and development. User-friendliness and customized grids are intrinsic to our product. The application is no need for 100% Internet-enabled and is remotely accessible with the same interface.  Abak Softwares also offers the possibility of hosting the software in a safe and 24/7 accessible environment.

THE NEW FACE OF ABAK
The company proceeded to recast the image of the management product by harmonizing it with the corporate image.  A newly designed website is now available at www.abaksoftware.com and presents information in a native and friendly manner.

On January 23rd, Abak Softwares has moved into its new offices.
