What do we have now? A time and billing system that is fully integrated
into our accounting software that has reduced our billing and accounting
cycle to 20 percent of what it was before!

Our Story
"We are
a Professional IT Consulting Firm in Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada. We have over 300 clients and 10 employees. In 2000 we had
to do an upgrade to a new system since our old one was no longer
supported. The new time and billing solution promised us everything
we needed--Complex tax and expense calculation, tight integration
with our accounting software and Flexible billing. However it never
worked! Many promises broken and NINE months in to the project we
had to go back to a manual system. Yes Pen and Paper for an IT Consulting
Firm! Embarrassing to say the least. Plus we had to add a new administrative
staff. So we were once bitten twice shy! We reviewed
professionals@work for a very long time. Our due diligence required us to review
the company, the product and the support. At first we where very
hesitant. In fact we looked at many time and billing systems
however none where as integrated into our accounting software as
professionals@work and for the price point that was affordable. In the last week
of August 2003 we did our conversion and have been billing and paying
expense reports out of professionals@work. September 2, 2003 was our live date.
It was that easy!! No headaches, no fuss and no hassle. We find
the product easy to use; it handles our complex tax and expense
calculation and provides for flexible billing."

can be generated individually or in a batch. Expenses can be input
