professionals@work’s web-based module

This module facilitates remote data-entry for timesheets and expenses, along with the cutting-edge collaborative date-book via a browser interface. It is the perfect addition for today's modern organizations especially with telecommuters and representatives on the road.

Import / Export

The Import/Export module enables you to import information (timesheets, expense accounts, projects, reference tables, and more) in any format (Excel, ASCI, XML, etc.). All you need to do is match up the fields in the file to import with the fields in professionals@work. This means you’ll be able to input your timesheets, expense accounts (and all types of information you may eventually need to transfer into professionals@work) in Excel, on your PDA, and on any homemade software package. Then, when you’re ready, you can transfer all your timesheets and expense accounts into professionals@work.

Integrates with your accounting software

professionals@work integrates with the major accounting packages on the market today. It synchronizes clients, vendors, client invoices, accounts receivable, vendor invoices, and expense accounts to accounts payable. MS Project

Companies who need to invoice by project sometimes have essential project management needs that are well served by MS Project. The seamless information exchange between professionals@work and MS Project makes it really easy to keep track of projects without needing to re-enter the same data twice.

professionals@work integrates with the major payroll packages on the market today. It synchronizes employees and timesheets into your payroll system. Remote / Offline entry

The Remote Offline Entry System will enable you to input your timesheets and expense accounts without being connected to the server. Then, when you’re ready, you can transfer all your timesheets and expense accounts into the main professionals@work system via a LAN or Internet connection. This means Internet access is no longer necessary to fill out your timesheets and expense accounts; this module affords you more freedom to input the data from anywhere (whether on a plane, a train, or an automobile). Request Module

Companies that have a significant number of employees may find it hard to figure out who is working on what. The professionals@work Resource Request module queries the professionals@work database to figure out who is working on which projects, whether or not there are "hours" available of employees time that can be assigned to other projects, and automatic notification to other project managers. In conjunction to this, additional queries on skills are also available enabling you to find not only the available employee, but the right person for the job.
