Abak Software, a growing company, is looking for an Implementation and Training Specialist. The company develops management software for professional services businesses. Abak Software is recognized for the quality of its product, and the relationships it builds with its clients.
Description
Implement our product, Abak, at customer sites
Assist clients in their use of the software
Offer services and product modules to clients
Produce product documentation for our users
Training and experience
College or University degree in a field related to the position
Excellent written and spoken English (most of the training is done in English)
Good written and spoken French (our team’s first language is French)
1 to 2 years in software implementation
Proficiency with office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High sense of the importance of teamwork
Rigorous work ethic
Excellent analytic capabilities
Professional interest and focus on training
Ability to summarize and explain software functions
Additional background
Accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting systems such as Accpac, QuickBooks, Acomba, Avantage, Simply Accounting, etc.
