"We are a Professional IT Consulting Firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We have over 300 clients and 10 employees. In 2000 we had to do an upgrade to a new system since our old one was no longer supported. The new time and billing solution promised us everything we needed--Complex tax and expense calculation, tight integration with our accounting software and Flexible billing. However it never worked! Many promises broken and NINE months in to the project we had to go back to a manual system. Yes Pen and Paper for an IT Consulting Firm! Embarrassing to say the least. Plus we had to add a new administrative staff. So we were “once bitten twice shy!” We reviewed Abak for a very long time.
